Check-in process needs improvement!!! An early check-in fee for a late arrival is outrageous!!! Freezing pool and uncomfortable lounge chairs detracted from the experience!!!

The kids had a blast with the onsite activities like the live band and wine tasting evenings. The staff were as friendly as you'd want, so cute, that really put us at ease.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The Queen Room was super comfy and clean! Definitely loved how spacious it felt. The beds were amazing, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was nice and fresh too. Can’t complain about that at all!

I had a fantastic time enjoying the hot tub and pool after a fun day of wine tasting, even with the rain! There are great relaxation spots like the sun terrace and a cozy garden area that really help you unwind. One little hiccup was when a staff member at the front desk seemed a bit aloof, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Very beautiful hotel with spacious King Room that had a lovely balcony. The pool area was enjoyable, though the surrounding floor felt gritty at times. The restaurant served delicious homemade muffins, and the bar offered a nice atmosphere. However, there was no inclusive breakfast, which might be a downside for some travelers. Also, the pool area could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

It was just a prime choice for a short stayover in Rancho Murieta with value for price. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but once I got to my King room, it was nice and clean.
